Michelle Rose Chlan has been charged with three counts of third degree Criminal Sexual Conduct. She is accused of having sexual relations with a male student, who was 16-years-old when the alleged relationship began, which lasted from June 2009 to July 2010.

Update Dec 2011: Michelle Chlan pleaded guilty.

Update Feb 23 2012: Michelle Chlan has been sentenced to three months in jail. Allegedly she performed oral sex on the boy once behind a K-Mart and twice behind a Burnsville soccer complex.

Carlie Attebury, a former high school band director from Orange has been convicted on four counts in connection with her sexual relationship with an underage student. According to prosecutors, 31-year-old Carlie Attebury was involved in an intimate relationship with a 15-year-old student.

Michelle Falcon Garza, 32, teacher, Veterans Middle School, Rio Grande City TX

Michelle Falcon Garza was arrested for allegedly using alcohol to lure a teenage boy into her trailer, to get sexual contact, while camping at the Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show & Rodeo. The 16-year-old boy's mother told Action 4 News that Garza was a family friend until she learned what happened. The mother said Garza is a teacher at Rio Grande Citys Veterans Middle School and was competing in the rodeo earlier this month.

Barbara Jeanne Anderson, 37, Math teacher, Kentlake High School, Kent WA

Barbara Jeanne Anderson was arrested, allegedy due to a relationship she had with a student at her school. Allegedy the student told his uncle he was getting laid by a teacher. Allegedy the students mother found a crapload of text messages from the teacher, on her son's phone. Allegedy she tutored the student after school, and he said she was the best focking math teacher he ever had. Big surprise there, huh?

July 29 2011: Barbara Jeanne Anderson pleaded guilty to first-degree sexual misconduct with a minor for having sexual contact with a 17-year-old male student.

Update Sept 12 2011: Barbara Anderson was sentenced to eight months in jail.  Some more details of the case were revealed, such as: the boy was suicidal, the teacher took him under her wing, they exchanged over 800 text messages, she texted him her sex fantasies, they screwed in his car, the mom got suspicious / found the text messages, etc etc etc.

Destini Michelle Munoz, 25, teacher, Jefferson High School, San Antonio TX

Destini Michelle Munoz was charged with one count of being involved in an improper relationship between an educator and a 18-year-old female student. A student told her mother about her relationship, and the parent called district police. Allegedly an affidavit states three witnesses told police the teacher admitted to them that she was involved sexually with the student.

Daniela Rossmann, German teacher, New Trier High School, Winnetka IL

Daniela Rossmann was fired Wednesday Mar 16 for an alleged “inappropriate relationship with a student,” a school official said. Chicago Police are investigating the allegations, but no charges have been files by police.

Kristin Mastin, 38, guidance counselor, Tecumseh High School, New Carlisle OH

Kristin Mastin had been accused of having sex with a male student three times between October and November of 2010. She had been employed with Tecumseh Local Schools since 2005.

Update Mar 12 2011: Kristin Mastin pleaded guilty to having sex with a 16 year old. Sentencing is scheduled for April 8. She resigned from her job right after pleading guilty. She had been on sick leave since the allegations were reported last year !!! What a racket, God bless the teacher's union !!!

Update April 15 2011: Kristin was sentenced to 5 years probation.  Psychologist James Reardon said she experienced mental and physical illnesses that set off a “psychological decline” leading to the sex offenses.  In other words, she went cock-crazy.  Great excuse!

March 11 2011 Plea Deal

Candice Carr, 26, Science teacher, Nelson C. Nix Educational Center, Orangeburg SC

Candice Carr is the daughter of a pastor and is engaged to be married. But allegedly she enjoyed putting her hands down the pants of one of her students, and rubbbing his buttocks. Allegedy she told a 15 year old that she would like to "do it" with him before he left the classroom. Allegedy she talked in obscene language about her sexual activities with a man.

Of course she is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Interestingly, Candice's lawyer denied the charges and said that the complaint against his client was motivated by the hope of monetary gains.

Update: On June 2 2011, a lawsuit was in fact filed against the teacher and the school district.

Tericka Dye, 38, Science teacher, Parkway North High School, St Louis MO

Tericka Dye resigned from her job as a high school science teacher after a student learned that she was once porn star Rikki Anderson and appeared in X-rated films like "Tight Ass". She worked at Parkway North High School under the name Tera Myers from 2007 to Mar 2011. The teacher will continue to paid until the end of the semester, at which time she will leave the school, to avoid being a 'distraction'.

Dye was also a science teacher and volleyball coach at Reidland High School in Paducah, Kentucky, until the school found out about her past career.

Leah Davies, 29, teaching assistant, Manchester England

Leah Davies was banging her friend's 15 year old son, while her friend was upstairs sleeping.  She got off, scot free.

Jamie Waite, 35, swimming teacher, unknown Ogden high school, Ogden UT

Jamie Waite, an unpaid volunteer swim coach, has been arrested. Allegedly she was having sex with a male member of the swim team. He of course, bragged to friends about his experience. They of course told some more people, until eventually the police heard the story.

Marie Fisher, 21, special education teachers aide, Reed High School, Sparks NV

Marie Fisher was arrested for having sex with a 15 year old special education student. Allegedly Fisher had texted the boy, sent him sexual photos of herself and had sex with him on Feb. 23 at his home in Sparks. She had been in her position at the school for about five months before the incident.

Update May 13 2011: Marie Fisher pleaded guilty to a felony charge of sexual conduct between a school employee and a pupil.

Update July 22 2011: Marie Fisher was given a suspended sentence and placed on five years of probation.
