Heather Whitten, 38, 5th grade reading teacher, Williams Intermediate School, Pell City AL
Heather Whitten was arrested for the second degree rape of a student between the ages of 12 and 16. Police revealed few details, but said they received a tip, and started an investigation. They allege an incident happened off school grounds.
