Mary Schnell, 24, substitute teacher, Aurora School District, Aurora OH

Mary Schnell was arrested Monday, accused of having a romantic, sexual relationship with a 16 year old student.

According to Portage County Sheriff David Doak, the 24 year old substitute teacher with the Aurora School District, was indicted on two counts of sexual battery, both of which are third degree felonies.

Schnell was caught by Streetsboro Police during surveillance of a hotel parking lot along State Route 14 and 303, near the Ohio Turnpike. They found the teacher and student in the car talking. Police also allege that Schnell and the student engaged in sexual activity in the parking lot of a bar in Mantua Township.

Schnell pleaded not guilty, and her jury trial is set for Oct 12.

Update Jan 26 2012: Schnell has pleaded guilty to having sexual contact with one of her male students in spring 2011. The jury trial was supposed to start next Tuesday, but is no longer necessary. The sentencing will be left up to the judge.

Kristin Ostmann, 25, Science teacher, Olmsted High School, Olmsted OH

This young teacher, Kristin Ostmann, allegedly rented a room at the Red Roof Inn so she could hook up with an 18 year old student. Allegedly her hotel room of choice was the Red Roof Inn in Middleburg Heights - on four occasions - Feb. 18, 19, 25 and March 4. She resigned April 15th, before her first year of teaching was over. Talk about being unable to control your behavior!

Update May 13 2011: Kristin Ostmann was arraigned on four charges of sexual battery. She pleaded not guilty to all charges. The judge said she must submit to an HIV test and have no contact with the victim.

Update Aug 17 2011: Kristin Ostmann accepted a plea deal. She pleaded guilty to aggravated assault in exchange for a reduction of charges.

Update Oct 4 2011: Kristin Ostmann was sentenced to six months in prison.

Kristin Mastin, 38, guidance counselor, Tecumseh High School, New Carlisle OH

Kristin Mastin had been accused of having sex with a male student three times between October and November of 2010. She had been employed with Tecumseh Local Schools since 2005.

Update Mar 12 2011: Kristin Mastin pleaded guilty to having sex with a 16 year old. Sentencing is scheduled for April 8. She resigned from her job right after pleading guilty. She had been on sick leave since the allegations were reported last year !!! What a racket, God bless the teacher's union !!!

And check out this video, she sort of looks like she is crying, but I don't see any tears... I've read rumors she has nice fake boobies. If you know of any pics, please post 'em...

Update April 15 2011: Kristin was sentenced to 5 years probation. Psychologist James Reardon said she experienced mental and physical illnesses that set off a “psychological decline” leading to the sex offenses. In other words, she went cock-crazy. Great excuse!

Stacy Schuler, 32, Gym teacher, Mason High School, Mason OH

I've heard that there are 'movies' where a teacher gets it on with the football team. Well Stacy Schuler allegedly made this happen in real life. Allegedly the single teacher had relations with 5 boys, mostly football players. Well she is a gym coach, so it makes sense she likes the athletic types. Read all about it here.

One interesting thing here. The article linked above, says that the teacher is being suspended WITHOUT PAY. I wonder why. It seems that in the huge majority of cases, the teacher is suspended WITH full pay. I guess it is a teachers union contract thing...

Crazy huh?

Update July 13 2011: Stacy Schuler, who faces 19 charges, changed her plea from not guilty, to not guilty by reason of insanity. Her attorney claims his client became "impaired and thereby unable to prevent the young men from taking advantage of her." Previously, the allegations against her, were denied to ever have taken place.

Update July 21 2011: The judge reminded prosecutors to turn over the videotaped statements made by boys who told police they had sexual contact with Stacy Schuler.

Update July 29 2011: A new trial date has been set - Oct 24, and it's expected to last 3 days. Schuler faces 16 counts of sexual battery and three counts of providing alcohol to minors.

Update Oct 19 2011: Stacey Schuler has waived her right to a jury trial.

Update Oct 27 2011: GUILTY !!! 48 months in prison, 5 years probation. Possibility of getting out on parole after 6 months. I read through the whole trial transcript. This really seems like a tragedy. She seems to have been one of the best teachers at the high school. I feel really sorry for her. Not sure if she really was temporarily insane or just made a bunch of mistakes involving young stud c*ck. Either way I hope she gets out soon and can try to make a new life for herself...

Kristen Ross, 40, teacher, Riverside Elementary School, Cleveland Ohio

Kristen Ross was arrested and charged with sexual battery and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. The student claims he had sex with Ross in her classroom on a desk after school on Jan. 15 and Jan. 31. Ross said the allegations were false, it was rumor started by the student, and someone tried to blackmail her about it, and it was all an April Fools prank.

Update Feb 4 2011: Kristen Ross pleaded guilty to felonious assault for having an "improper relationship" with a 14-year-old student. But in court, she told the students parents that even though she texted or phoned the boy nearly 4,000 times at all hours of the day and night, she never had sex with the boy. The police say she did, and that she also sent the boy a photo of her breasts. The judge sentenced her to two years in prison.

Update Feb 23 2012: Kristin Ross is getting an early release from prison.
