Kathryn Camille Murray, 28, 8th grade teacher, Memorial Middle School, Houston Texas

Kathryn Camille Murray was arrested and charged with sexual assault of a child. Allegedly she was having sex with a 15 year old student in his home, when the boy's 12 year old brother walked in on them. The younger brother saw a tan bra and used condom on the floor. The older brother then introduced the younger brother to Mrs Murray. The boys parents were not home at the time.

A faculty member member had reported the inappropriate relationship on Feb 13, and the teacher was removed from her position. Murray had attended the school herself and was teaching there for three years. She tutored the boy after class and they started exchanging text messages. You see where this is going, right? Yep, next they fell in love and started having sex.

Murray emptied her bank account and bought a plane ticket to Mexico to visit her brother.  But after getting out of jail on bond, she has to wear an ankle monitor, so it looks like she will not be travelling any time soon. Murray has been married to a local lawyer since 2009.

Emma Jean Hardy, 57, high school registrar, Memorial High School, Port Arthur TX

Emma Jean Hardy was found engaged in a sex act with a 17-year-old boy, in a car near the pier in downtown Port Arthur at 8pm.  Damn, she is 57 years old.  The police arrested her and the boy.

Cynthia Stewart, 43, Counselor, Olympic Elementary School, San Antonio TX

Cynthia Stewart is facing up to ten years in jail after allegedly sending 30 nude photos of herself, sexting, and having sexual phone conversations with a teenage boy.  Cynthia is married with an 8 year old child. The boy's parents discovered her beaver shots after noticing he was texting at odd hours. The district put her on PAID leave.

If anyone finds these photos, let me know.

Update Nov 30 2011:  Cynthia Stewart remains in jail, but the school board has now fired her.

Rebecca De La Garza, 26, Gym teacher, Thompson Intermediate school, Houston TX

Rebecca De La Garza has been arrested for having an 8 month lesbian sexual relationship with a 14 year old student. According to the arrest report, the sex acts involved "oral sex on each other and digital penetration of their female organs." The carpet munching allegedly occurred in the teacher's office and locker room storage room.

The teacher and student reportedly exchanged 22,437 text messages and 2,400 phone calls, during which they each proclaimed their love for each other.

The student's mother found out about the affair and reported it to police.

Jordan Lane, 27, teacher, Honey Grove TX

Jordan Lane was arrested for alleged sexual misconduct with a 14 year old student. She resigned from the Honey Grove Independent School District on June 20th. Her husband was also an employee of the Honey Grove ISD, and he too resigned his position. Ironically, Lane and her alleged victim are both pictured in one volume of the tiny K-12's yearbook: When Lane was a high school senior, her purported victim was in kindergarten.

Karrie McKinney, 41, 2nd grade teacher, Hughes Springs Elementary School, Hughes Springs TX

Karrie McKinney was arrested by Hughes Springs authorities on charges of Improper Relationship Between Educator and Student. Allegedly the 41 year old teacher was involved with a 16-year-old male student. McKinney was employed with the Hughes Springs ISD where the 16-year-old attended school.

Kaci Pomerenke, 31, Social Studies teacher, Raymond Mays Middle School, Troy TX

Kaci Pomerenke was arrested for allegedly having sex with a 14-year-old student. The The affidavit says that she admitted to having sex with the student in her car three times during the month of January 2011. She submitted her resignation July 19 after talking with the superintendent

Update Aug 17 2011: Kaci has pleaded guilty to engaging in an improper relationship with a 14-year-old student. She will be sentenced on Sept 30.

Update Nov 10 2011: Kaci has been sentenced to 3 days in jail, plus seven years probation.

Wendy Fox, 30, substitute teacher, Iowa Park High School, Iowa Park TX

Wendy Diane Fox was arrested for having sex with one of her students. Police responded to a report of domestic dispute at the home of Wendy Fox and here husband. When police arrived, the husband told them that his wife did the dirty deed with her student, in their marital bed. Allegedy Wendy Fox admitted the affair to police. According to the arrest affidavit, she says she would regularly meet him outside of school hours. Initially they were friends, but of course it turned into sex. The student was interviewed by police, and gave them a written statement confirming the relationship. The student's cell phone messages were also said to provide evidence confirming the relationship. Allegedly the student and teacher started hanging out together in Jan, and allegedly started screwing in May.

Update Dec 9 2011: Wendy Diane Fox was indicted on a charge of an improper relationship between an educator and a student.

Amy Schilling, 33, Biology teacher, R.L. Turner High School, Carrollton TX

Amy Schilling has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a 16 year old 9th grade student in her classroom. So far I did not hear of any smoking gun evidence against her, like photos, videos, eyewitnesses. But there are several things, that added up together, I guess allowed the police to arrest her.

Allegedly she became friends with the boy and bought him an iPhone. She was reprimand earlier in the year for sending inappropriate test messages to another student. The boy claims that he and the teacher were watching a movie together, in her classroom on a couch. He kissed her and then they has sex. On the last day of school, a janitor walked in to the classroom and found the two lying together on the couch. The principal questioned the two, but they denied anything occurred. Later the student went back to the principal and said that they did have sex.

Everyone in the community was shocked, and said she was a great teacher.

We will follow this story to see how it turns out.

Heather Jackson, 37, English teacher, Boswell High School, Fort Worth TX

Heather Jackson has been arrested for allegedly engaging in an improper relationship with a 16-year-old male student. The boy's family alerted police.

Jackson was placed on administrative leave last month after one student told school officials that Jackson was having improper communication with another student. When questioned, the second student told school officials that Jackson had begun sending messages to him on Facebook and asking for other ways to reach him. The boy told the officials that he eventually gave Jackson his cellphone number and that they began exchanging text messages that were initially innocuous but became more sexual.

Allegedly Jackson put one student in the front row of her class, and would bend over in front of him, to try and excite him.

Anne Lynn Montgomery, 35, Dance teacher, Sharpstown High School, Houston TX

An arrest warrant has been issued for Anne Lynn Montgomery. She is accused of having sex with a 16-year-old while she taught dance at Sharpstown High School. Reportedly, Montgomery had two children fathered by the student. The boy told police the two had sex in Montgomery's car in the parking lot of an apartment complex where the teen lived with his mother.
The 16-year-old fathered a child born in May 2008. Teacher and student moved to Bellaire High school where they, apparently, moved in together and continued their relationship through 2009, the criminal complaint against Montgomery shows. The first and a second child, born in 2009, were confirmed by DNA to be offspring of the student. The father claims shortly before the second child, a little girl, was born, Montgomery admitted to having sex with five other students.  Earlier this year the teacher went to court and asked for a protective order against the father, claiming he beat her up and threatened her in front of their children.

Randi Savage, 31, Reading teacher, Cheatham Middle School, Clarksville TX

Randi Lynn Bratcher Savage has been arrested and charged with two felonies. She is alleged to have sent sexually explicit notes, cellphone messages, and facebook messages to a 13 year old boy. Allegedy she kissed and hugged the boy. The boy's parents contacted the police. The school has removed her from her teaching position.

Update June 12 2012: The boy's mother found a note in the kids pants while doing the laundry.  Allegedly it was written by Savage Randi, and detailed sexually explicit things she wanted to do with the boy.

Update Feb 14 2012: Randi pleaded guilty, was sentenced to 5 five years in prison.

Christina McCann, 39, teacher, Lake Travis High School, Austin TX

Christina McCann is wanted, for allegedly engaging in oral sex and intercourse with an 18-year-old male student during a school trip to Fort Worth. Allegedly the teacher bought beer for the students on the trip. Reports say she will turn herself into police Mon June 6.

Update:  Evidently she did turn herself in.  I guess that's where the mugshot photo came from.

Angela Sue New, 38, English teacher, Union Grove High School, Gladewater TX

Angela Sue New was arrested for an alleged improper relationship with an 18 year student.

Obviously Angela New is innocent until proven guilty. Please read the police complaint. I guess there is enough evidence for an investigation, but it sure seems to raise a lot a questions/doubts: She said nothing sexual happened, he said they had sexual intercourse. There was a witness who went into the house, walked into the bedroom, and saw the student having sex with a nude female. The witness "did not know the female but was later able to determine that the female was Angela New."

Mrs. New taught English at Union Grove High since 2007 and is married, according to Union Grove ISD Superintendent Brian Gray.

April Alexander, 26, biology teacher, MacArthur High School, Irving TX

April St. John Alexander, a former biology teacher at MacArthur High in Irving, was charged with one count of inappropriate relationship between student and teacher after police say she had sex with a male student more than 20 times during a three-month period. They allegedly got busy at the school and in her car. According to Irving police, Alexander resigned from the school in November of 2010.

Brittni Colleps, 27, English teacher, Kennedale High School, Arlington TX

Brittni Colleps was allegedly found involved in a sex orgy with five of her school’s students. Allegedly this was not the first orgy at Brittni's house.  And the orgy was filmed by the students on their mobile phones.  Incriminating photos and texts were also found on the students' phones.

The married mother of three is an Army wife who's husband is stationed elsewhere.  So she didn't have to worry about her husband walking in on the orgy I guess. I mean, unless he came home early as a surprise and had a gun with him or something, that could have been awkward.

Update: Brittni's husband is supporting her through this ordeal.

Update: Police have confiscated bedsheets.

Update Sept 23 2011: A Grand Jury handed down an indictment Friday.

Michelle Falcon Garza, 32, teacher, Veterans Middle School, Rio Grande City TX

Michelle Falcon Garza was arrested for allegedly using alcohol to lure a teenage boy into her trailer, to get sexual contact, while camping at the Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show & Rodeo. The 16-year-old boy's mother told Action 4 News that Garza was a family friend until she learned what happened. The mother said Garza is a teacher at Rio Grande Citys Veterans Middle School and was competing in the rodeo earlier this month.

Elizabeth Proctor, ?, English teacher, Cooper High School, Abilene TX

Elizabeth Proctor was arrested and charged with an improper relationship between an educator and student. Allegedly they started a sexual relationship in Dec 2009, which lasted 11 months. She resigned here position at the school on Jan 26 2011 after beign placed on administrative leave.

The student told a television station that the two had sex more than once at her home when her husband was at work, while her 3 children were down the hall in their bedroom.

Update July 27 2011: Elizabeth Proctor was sentenced to seven years probation. She must surrender her teaching license, but will not have to register as a sex offender.

I saw one reference somewhere that she pleaded guilty, but could find very few details.
