Alexandra Elizabeth McLean, 27, Drama teacher, Englewood High School, Englewood CO

Alexandra McLean has been arrested for an alleged sexual relationship with a 17-year-old male student. They met during the production of a high school play. Sometimes she would drive him home from rehearsals. You know where this is going, right? Yup, they started screwing.

Alexandra got caught because the kid could not keep his mouth shut (of course). Somebody's older sister heard the story and called the cops. The kid admitted what happened to the cops, and they found all kinds of explicit text messages between the odd couple. According to the arrest affidavit, the 17-year-old boy told several friends about the sexual relationship, texting one teen, "Soo much sex!!"

All of the above is alleged, nothing proven.

Christina Layser, 37, 6th grade math teacher, Reynolds Middle School, Lancaster PA

Christina Layser was charged with one count of Unlawful Contact with Minor, one count of Corruption of Minors, and three counts of Indecent Assault. A 13 year old student reported inappropriate conduct that had been occurring between him and a 36-year-old female teacher, to the School Resource Officer. Police investigated and found incidents occurring in the teacher's classroom between Oct 2011 and Dec 2011. The boy claims that Layser initiated the contact, and that she kissed him on the lips and mouth and touched his genitals and "did cause him to touch her genitals."

Obviously the police don't always release all the details of every case, but I wonder if this is a case of "he said she said".  Lots of cases involve things like phone calls, text messages, things can can be tracked, but I don't know about this case...

Symantha Hicks, 30, guidance counselor, Valley Forge Military Academy, Radnor PA

Symantha Hicks allegedly unbuckled a student's trousers and performed oral sex on him, while alone with the student in her office.  Allegedly she supplied students with alcohol too.
