Christina Layser was charged with one count of Unlawful Contact with Minor, one count of Corruption of Minors, and three counts of Indecent Assault. A 13 year old student reported
inappropriate conduct that had been occurring between him and a 36-year-old female teacher, to the School Resource Officer. Police investigated and found incidents occurring in the teacher's classroom between Oct 2011 and Dec 2011. The boy claims that Layser initiated the contact, and that she kissed him on the lips and mouth and touched his genitals and "did cause him to touch her genitals."
Obviously the police don't always release all the details of every case, but I wonder if this is a case of "
he said she said". Lots of cases involve things like phone calls, text messages, things can can be tracked, but I don't know about this case...
