Karrie McKinney, 41, 2nd grade teacher, Hughes Springs Elementary School, Hughes Springs TX
Karrie McKinney was arrested by Hughes Springs authorities on charges of Improper Relationship Between Educator and Student. Allegedly the 41 year old teacher was involved with a 16-year-old male student. McKinney was employed with the Hughes Springs ISD where the 16-year-old attended school.
