A 19 year old former student also says he had a sexual relationship with Fairbanks, about a year after he graduated.
It is reported that Fairbanks got married in 2009 to a man who graduated Garfield High School in 2003 when she was a teacher there. The couple are apparently getting a divorce now.
Update Apr 8 2011: Taryn Fairbanks was sentenced to six months in jail for first-degree sexual misconduct with a minor. Fairbanks admitted to Seattle Police that while in the midst of an alcohol relapse, she had oral sex with the 17-year-old male student on June 23 2010 in the basement bedroom of his home.
