Leslie Lamb Messer, 38, special education teacher, North Henderson High School, Hendersonville NC

Leslie Lamb Messer was arrested July 28 for an alleged sexual encounter with an 18 year old student. She is charged with a felony sex offense with a student.

The arrest warrant accuses Messer of having sexual intercourse with the student on June 10 2010, which was one day before high school graduation that year. Police only recently learned of the incident. Messer reportedly is married and has two children.
