Deborah Lee Tipton was charged with first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Allegedly she videotaped a girl's genetalia and then disseminated the video "for the purpose of producing material containing a visual representation depicting this activity, the defendant knowing the character and content of the performance and material."

That allegation makes my skin crawl.
