Nadia Christine Diaz, 24, Substitute teacher, Washington Union High School, Fresno CA

Nadia Christine Diaz was arrested, accused of being in a sexual relationship with a 14 year old male student. Her attorney denies all allegations made against her, and says the arrest was made based on nothing but school rumors.

Two incidents were alleged to have taken place in 2009. Nadia Diaz was recently married, and was known as Nadia Foth then.

Nadia is due in court next week.

Update Oct 13 2011: No charges have been filed against Nadia Christine Diaz, and her arrest has left her life in limbo. Bail has been lifted.
