Dellys Serrano-Rosario was arrested and charged with unlawful sexual activity with certain minors. She had a friendship with a 16 year old student, which of course turned sexual. The victim said Dellys Serrano picked him up at his home, took him to Burger King, and
bought him an air-soft gun at Walmart. The Walmart purchased was confirmed by store videotape. And allegedly when the victim tried to break off the relationship,
it turned Fatal Attraction. Apparently Delly did not want it to end, and she texted the boy like mad.
Update Sept 7 2010: Dellys Serrano-Rosario was found guilty of Unlawful Sexual Activity with Certain Minors 16/17 yr old.
