Wendy Diane Fox was arrested for having sex with one of her students. Police responded to a report of domestic dispute at the home of Wendy Fox and here husband. When police arrived, the husband told them that his wife did the dirty deed with her student, in their marital bed. Allegedy Wendy Fox admitted the affair to police. According to the arrest affidavit, she says she would regularly meet him outside of school hours. Initially they were friends, but of course it turned into sex. The student was interviewed by police, and gave them a written statement confirming the relationship. The student's cell phone messages were also said to provide evidence confirming the relationship. Allegedly the student and teacher started hanging out together in Jan, and allegedly started screwing in May.

Update Dec 9 2011: Wendy Diane Fox was indicted on a charge of an improper relationship between an educator and a student.

Amy Schilling, 33, Biology teacher, R.L. Turner High School, Carrollton TX

Amy Schilling has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a 16 year old 9th grade student in her classroom. So far I did not hear of any smoking gun evidence against her, like photos, videos, eyewitnesses. But there are several things, that added up together, I guess allowed the police to arrest her.

Allegedly she became friends with the boy and bought him an iPhone. She was reprimand earlier in the year for sending inappropriate test messages to another student. The boy claims that he and the teacher were watching a movie together, in her classroom on a couch. He kissed her and then they has sex. On the last day of school, a janitor walked in to the classroom and found the two lying together on the couch. The principal questioned the two, but they denied anything occurred. Later the student went back to the principal and said that they did have sex.

Everyone in the community was shocked, and said she was a great teacher.

Gabrielle Marvelli, 38, teacher, William Allen High School, Allentown PA

Gabrielle Marvelli was jailed after she allegedly had a sex with a student on Memorial Day weekend, at the Econo Lodge on Downyflake Lane in south Allentown. The student was one week shy of his eighteenth birthday. Marvelli did not return to class on Tuesday after the holiday and is on paid administrative leave.

The district attorney said: ""The victim in this case was, at the time of the alleged incident, only one week away from reaching majority under the law. Had he reached his 18th birthday, this case could not have been brought. I have chosen to approve this charge because teachers must be held to a high standard and, stating the obvious, should not enlist their students to engage in sexual relations."

Update Aug 17 2011: Marvelli was formally arraigned on one charge of corruption of a minor. She pleaded not guilty. Allentown police say she had sex with the student around 3:20 a.m. May 28, at the Econo Lodge on Downyflake Lane. The senior prom was held later that day. Marvelli no longer works for the school district. Her next court date is a conference hearing scheduled for Sept. 28.

Marvelli's lawyer said that the student told her he was 18, and that the student is a "ladies' man" and was boasting to everyone that he "bedded" a teacher.

Gabrielle is married with one daughter.

Update Nov 30 2011: Marvelli admitted to the court that she spread her legs so that a penis less than half her age could enter her vagina. Under her plea deal, Marvelli's minimum sentence won't exceed nine months in jail, the maximum 5 years.

Update Dec 20 2011: Marvelli was sentenced to 9 months to 5 years in prison. Pretty stiff penalty for a pretty stiff crime.
