Kimberly Dawn Bynum was jailed on a charge of school employee engaging in deviant sexual intercourse with a student under the age of 19. According to police, Bynum reportedly became friends with a 12th grade student that gradually turned into a sexual relationship towards the end of the school year.
It would not have been a problem, if she could have just waited a little longer.
And really, they have to call it "deviant sexual intercourse"?
Update Nov 15 2011: Kimberly Bynum has been
indicted by the Grand Jury. Her arraignment is cheduled for Jan 4 2012, and the case could go to trial in Feb.
