Jennifer Schultz, 25, teacher, Hebron ND

Jennifer Schultz teacher allegedly allowed four boys into her home in late October, and allegedly provided them with alcohol. She allegedly had sex with one boy, and then allegedly was turned down by another boy. This part is not alleged, she got charged with two counts of sexual assault, one count of corruption of a minor, and another count of delivery of alcohol to a minor.

It is believed to be her first teaching job (and likely her last). The school district released her, and she moved back to Minnesota.

  2. You should probably be weary about what you post when the trial isn't even complete about a person. If you want to be a credible source it would be wise to look into what the teenagers say "happened" in the report. 1) drinking at 7 am with Ms. Schultz? 2) leaving Ms. Schultz' house after the alleged crime was committed (keep in mind this "took place" in the morning) and then coming back with more people?? If you read the report, none of it makes sense. I think the students are trying to hide something and blaming Ms. Schultz for what they do not want to get in trouble for. Ms. Schultz has no record, not even a traffic ticket and this was her first teaching job

  3. No doubt. This blog is just restating what was reported by WDAY News Channel 6 of Fargo North Dakota (the link is in the blog above). An arrest was made, charges have been filed, allegation have been made. The word alleged appears in the blog like 4 times next to every allegation. Obviously the trial wont be for months or maybe years. Innocent until proven guilty. Where did you find the details you are stating above? I have not seen that anywhere. I'll report that too, and link to it, if you have it. I've done that with other articles like http://teachersincustody.blogspot.com/2011/05/angela-sue-new-38-english-teacher-union.html
