Kristen Nicole Sullivan was arrested on allegations of having an illicit relationship with a 14-year-old male student. Police say the relationship lasted about a year and that the two may have been having sex since May 2009 when the boy was 13. The boy’s
mother confronted Sullivan some time ago however Sullivan denied the relationship. The
boy got caught with incriminating text messages by his girlfriend. Police got the goods on her, by monitoring a phone call between the teacher and the student. The boy claims they had sex over 100 times, sometimes 3 times a day.
Update Dec 19 2011: Kristen Nicole Sullivan decided Monday to
accept a plea deal to resolve her criminal charges. She will serve 3 years in prison, followed by 5 years probation to avoid sexual predator status. She would have faced a trial if she did not accept the offer.
