Tammy Clinton is accused of forcing a 14 year old middle school boy to touch her breasts, while she groped his buttocks. And of trying twice to arrange to meet him off campus for sexual activity. Police arrested her on two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation and two counts of lewd and lascivious conduct.

The distressed student eventually revealed what had taken place, and police had him wear a wire to collect evidence.

Apparently Tammy was a popular teacher with a spotless record, who taught at the school for eight years. Which just shows how effective those school background checks are...

Update May 11 2011:  Tammy Renee Clinton pleaded guilty to one count of lewd and lascivious conduct, and was placed on probation for 10 years. In exchange for the plea, the state dropped a molestation charge.
